Natural Protein Shake

This smoothie is ideal to have on a day that you work out as the protein in it will help to support muscle repair.

Ingredients
250ml of almond milk
1 banana (you can freeze it first)
150g of natural yoghurt
1tbs nut butter
1tbsp chia seeds (soaked for 20 min in 3 tbsp water)
½tsp cinnamon

Instructions
Add all of ingredients to your blender (milk first!).
Blend until smooth.
Serve!
